LEVEL ONE

NEW TO POLE?  START HERE!

If you are new to pole, this class is for you.  Here, you will  get acquainted with the pole through walking, two handed spins, conditioning and floor work.  Students are required to take this class at least 3 - 5 times (or equivalent training) before moving on to Beginner Level.

LEVEL TWO

You've got the basics.  Its time to build!

After 3 - 5 Pole Level One classes, its time to move on to Level 2, where you will learn a variety of two-handed spins, climbing technique, descents, floor work and conditioning for optimal strength and skill.  


Students remain on this level until they have achieved a clean climb, and may advance to Advanced Level Two classes and Level 3 with Instructor Approval.  


If you are experienced from another studio, please call us to ensure the correct level placement.

LEVEL THREE

You've built the strength. Now its time to FLIP IT!

Level Three is for students who, after developing strength and stamina in Level Two, are able to climb the full length of the pole multiple times, and feel comfortable with a variety of two handed spins. In this class, students will learn inversions, advanced climbs, increased conditioning, aerial techniques, and exercises to develop their unique style on the pole.


Instructor approval required; if you are experienced from another studio, please call us to ensure correct level placement.

oPEN LEVEL

MIXED LEVEL CLASSES

Open Level classes are mixed level classes that focus on drilling specific skills, conditioning the body and improving tricks.  Please be sure to read the description of the class as Open Level Classes vary in requirements.  Some require specific minimum experience, others are open to all levels.  Wherever you are, these classes will help to get you to your next level, whatever that may be.

ATTIRE

WHAT TO WEAR | SKIN & GRIP

Required attire is shorts and a tank top. Some classes may require heels and/or knee pads. Please remove all jewelry to avoid injuring yourself or damaging the poles.


Your skin will need to be clean of any oils or lotions to achieve the necessary grip. Please avoid any lotions or oils on skin for at least 12 hours before class. 


 The use of grip products are permitted for application to your skin only. Please do not apply grip product directly to the pole.   

THE RULES

CANCELLATION & ATTENDANCE

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Pre-registration is STRONGLY encouraged, but not required. Pre-register or Cancel 12 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF CLASS START TIME.


CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel 12 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit.


MINIMUM ATTENDANCE POLICY: Walk In's are welcome BUT please check the schedule before heading in to class to make sure class is being held. IF A MINIMUM OF THREE STUDENTS ARE NOT REGISTERED SIX HOURS IN ADVANCE OF THE CLASS, THE CLASS WILL BE CANCELLED.


LATENESS POLICY: There is a STRICT 10 minute lateness policy. No one will be admitted more than 10 mins after the start of class. NO EXCEPTIONS!
