Yoga

Unify the Mind, Body, & Spirit

Yoga is an ancient tradition that aims to unify the Mind, Body, and Spirit and achieve Samadhi (enlightenment). With consistent practice, yoga can help us embody balance, peace, liberation, clarity, love, compassion and more for ourselves and others.

Elevate your well-being with our comprehensive yoga offerings. Explore various styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga, that promote balance, strength, flexibility, and inner peace.

All classes are open-level so they are suitable for beginners to yoga.

Hatha Yoga.

Hatha promotes mental control and well-being by unifying the body and mind. It includes a mixture of strengthening and balancing poses, twists, back-bends, forward bends, and inversions. Poses can also be held for longer to increase focus and alignment. Class includes meditation, pranayama (breath-work techniques), and deep relaxation.

Vinyasa Yoga.

Vinyasa is a strength-focused style of Hatha Yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence that is coordinated with the breath. In this 60-minute class, practitioners tone, stretch and detox the body through vigorous movement. This movement can feel more strenuous and you’ll leave feeling strong and confident.

Restorative Yoga.

Welcome to adult nap time! This 60-minute class will help Relax and Renew the Mind, Body and Spirit. It uses restorative poses with props plus Aromatherapy, Hands-on Adjustments, Breath Awareness and Meditation to help alleviate pain, anxiety, insomnia, exhaustion and stress. All levels are welcomed.

Virtual Vinyasa

Start your morning with a revitalizing 45-minutes of invigorating stretches and strength conditioning. This is fantastic way to wake up your body and start your day with clarity. Vinyasa can also help to improve circulation, digestion, detox after sleeping (you may get a little sweaty)! All levels welcome!
