Sweat It Out!

Welcome to Sweet Water’s Fitness department! Our boot camp classes are designed with strength conditioning AND fun in mind. You can expect to practice compound movements that exercise several muscle groups and isolations movements that strengthen one set of muscles. Classes may include cardio movements to get your heart pumping and strengthen your cardiovascular system. Instructor design invigorating, creative sequences and fiery, exciting playlists. The result is a full body workout that burns calories while building strength for fast results you will feel and see!

Boxing Workout.

Boxing Workout is a full-body cardio fitness and conditioning class that is sure to make you sweat and feel strong. Class begins with 6-9 minutes of dynamic stretching and a core warm-up, followed by basic boxing technique instruction and mitt work. Students will learn how to throw combos and move around like a boxer.

Pilates.

Pilates is the art of controlled movements, that improve flexibility, build strength, and develop endurance in the entire body. Pilates class emphasizes alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. All levels welcome.

Flex Conditioning.

Learn how to use active stretching to help lengthen and strengthen your body. You’ll become more aware of your alignment and improve your functional range of motion. This 60-min mat based class helps prevent injuries, increase energy and helps balance the body. All levels welcome.

Samba Workout.

Students get Brazilian-flavored workout featuring a strong cardio focus, plus intense leg, butt and ab strengthening all set to the exciting sounds of Samba. The result is a full body workout that burns calories while building strength for fast results you will feel and see!

 

Tambor Groove.

Tambor Groove is a Dance-Based High Intensity workout influenced by the Afro-Venezuelan dance, Tambor Terapia. Using cardio and isolations, you will strengthen your core and leg muscles to the rhythms of Venezuelan Tambor.

Sweat & Sculpt.

Sweat & Sculpt starts with a 20-minute burst of high-intensity cardio, integrate dynamic movement with the deep burn of mat Pilates for another 20 minutes, and winds down to a fluid yoga flow which ends in deep luxurious stretching to leave you lean, limber and at least a little impressed with yourself.

 
 

Barre.

Barre is a ballet-inspired, full-body workout that incorporates Pilates’ core-centric engagement and is propelled by the flowing breath of yoga. Barre focuses on isolated exercises, alignment, flexibility and posture as you work through targeted mindful muscle movements. Set a workout goal, focus on your balance, and end the class with a deep, relaxing stretch. All fitness levels. Class requires a mat.
