Egyptian Belly Dance.

Learn the fundamentals of belly dance through a survey of all regional styles while working out and having FUN! This 60 minute class covers isolations, undulations, shimmies, and basic choreography using scarves and zils. Get your heart pumping and your body toned!

Tambor Groove.

Tambor Groove is a Dance-Based High Intensity workout influenced by the Afro-Venezuelan dance, Tambor Terapia. Using cardio and isolations, you will strengthen your core and leg muscles to the rhythms of Venezuelan Tambor.

 

Street Jazz.

This is a fun, choreography-based dance class that strives to go beyond teaching a sequence of movements. It teaches dancers to understand musicality and the feeling behind movement. We incorporate street jazz, vogueing, fundamentals of hip hop and freestyle. A comfortable, high energy and judgement-free space for students of all levels to explore, grow and have fun.

North African Chaabi.

Shake it all out and release! This class is designed to teach you dance movements from Morocco, give you a high-impact workout, and help students move, shake, and feel free! Moroccan dance is a crossroads between West African and Middle Eastern movements.

Whether you are looking to get toned, push the boundaries your physical ability or get in touch with your sexiest expression, embark on your pole adventure with us! We've got talented, inspiring instructors for every level and an awesome community to support your journey. Beginner Jazz.

Beginner Jazz integrates Ballet and Modern Dance and focuses on free expression of the body. In 60 minutes, we’ll focuses on isolations of the body, improving performance quality, and developing complex rhythms and patterns. We’ll also explore various styles like Broadway, Street and Contemporary to help develop a well rounded dancer.

Salsa on 2.

With its roots in Afro Cuban Mambo, Salsa and its New York "on 2" style were first brewed right here in the Bronx. In this 60 minute class, you will learn all the basic steps you need for a strong foundation, including partner work and shines.

This class is appropriate for students that are new to Salsa or would like a comprehensive beginners course. Dance shoes, with or without heels, are recommended but not required.
